New York City
InsurTech NY 2026
Participation in Insurtech NY 2026 represented an important opportunity for Galde to continue strengthening its position within the evolving insurance and financial services ecosystem.
Throughout the event, our team engaged with senior leaders and decision-makers from across the industry, including innovation executives, managing partners, brokers, and transformation leaders from organizations such as Lockton, Dai-ichi Life Group, Hilb Group and AIRROC.
These interactions provided valuable insight into the priorities currently shaping the market. Across conversations, several themes consistently emerged: the growing importance of reliable and structured data environments, the need for stronger governance and operational transparency, and the accelerating role of artificial intelligence in supporting decision-making processes across increasingly complex insurance operations.
For Galde, events such as InsurTech NY are not only an opportunity to showcase our capabilities, but also a strategic space to better understand how the industry is adapting to regulatory pressure, operational inefficiencies, and rapidly evolving risk landscapes.

Singapore
Singapore FinTech Festival 2025
Galde’s participation in the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 marked another important step in strengthening our international engagement within the global financial and insurance ecosystem.
Held in one of the world’s leading innovation hubs, the event brought together financial institutions, insurers, regulators, technology firms, and public organizations to address the accelerating transformation of financial services through data, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure.
Throughout the week, our team engaged with senior executives and industry stakeholders across multiple sectors, sharing perspectives on how organizations are approaching operational modernization in increasingly regulated and data-intensive environments.
Several themes emerged consistently across discussions. The rapid evolution of intelligent automation, the growing adoption of AI agents, and the increasing demand for trusted and explainable data environments are becoming central priorities for institutions seeking to scale innovation responsibly. At the same time, governance frameworks, compliance readiness, and interoperability between systems continue to represent critical operational challenges across the industry.
Beyond technology adoption, many conversations also reflected a broader structural shift: organizations are moving away from isolated transformation initiatives toward more integrated collaboration models between established institutions and specialized technology partners capable of delivering scalable and controlled execution.
For Galde, the event provided an opportunity not only to present our capabilities in data governance and AI-driven operational frameworks, but also to validate the growing relevance of solutions designed to bring visibility, traceability, and control to complex data ecosystems.
We would also like to acknowledge the support and collaboration of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, and Banco de España, whose involvement contributed significantly to the success of this international engagement. We also extend our appreciation to the SCOR Singapore team for the valuable exchanges and hospitality throughout our visit.
Our participation in Singapore reinforced a clear market reality: as financial institutions continue evolving toward more intelligent and automated operating models, the ability to govern, structure, and operationalize data effectively is becoming a strategic capability rather than a technical function.
Galde returns from Singapore with strengthened international relationships, new strategic perspectives, and a continued commitment to supporting organizations in building more resilient, transparent, and scalable data ecosystems for the future of financial services.

Doha
Web Summit Qatar 2025
Web Summit Qatar 2025 provided Galde with the opportunity to engage directly with one of the fastest-growing international technology ecosystems, bringing together global innovators, investors, institutions, and high-growth companies in the city of Doha.
As digital transformation continues accelerating across industries and regions, the summit served as a strategic platform to exchange perspectives on the future of artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, venture ecosystems, and scalable innovation models.
During the event, Galde participated in discussions with founders, corporate leaders, investors, and institutional representatives from across the international technology landscape. These interactions highlighted a common challenge facing organizations globally: the need to transform fragmented data environments into operational systems capable of supporting intelligent, transparent, and scalable decision-making.
Across multiple conversations, there was clear momentum around AI-driven operational models, intelligent automation, and the growing importance of governance frameworks that ensure reliability, compliance, and trust as organizations integrate advanced technologies into core business processes.
For Galde, the summit represented not only an opportunity to showcase our capabilities in data governance and AI enablement, but also a valuable environment to validate how rapidly the market is evolving toward more connected and data-centric operational architectures.
In parallel, our participation in a dedicated Masterclass focused on business scaling offered practical insights into growth strategy, international expansion, and product evolution within increasingly competitive and high-demand technology markets. These exchanges contributed additional perspective on how emerging companies can build sustainable and globally scalable operating models.
The visit also included meaningful institutional and community engagements, including a meeting with former Spanish Ambassador to Qatar, Javier Carbajosa, where entrepreneurs, innovators, and international founders shared perspectives on cross-border collaboration, entrepreneurship, and the role of innovation ecosystems in shaping future economic development.
Beyond the formal business agenda, Web Summit Qatar also reflected the global and multicultural dimension of today’s technology landscape, bringing together voices from diverse industries, regions, and disciplines — including public figures such as Will Smith, whose presence underscored the international reach and visibility of the summit.
Our participation in Doha reinforced a broader strategic reality: organizations across sectors are increasingly prioritizing intelligent data infrastructures capable of supporting agility, operational visibility, and long-term resilience in rapidly evolving markets.

As organizations continue navigating increasingly competitive and fast-evolving markets, the ability to align strategic vision with operational execution has become a critical factor for sustainable growth. Within this context, Galde participated in the 2024 Strategic Planning Session organized by ActionCOACH Global in Murcia, joining a collaborative environment that brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and growth-focused companies committed to strengthening their organizational capabilities.
Recognized internationally for its business coaching and performance methodologies, ActionCOACH Global supports companies worldwide in improving leadership structures, operational efficiency, and long-term business scalability through measurable frameworks and accountability-driven models.
The session provided participants with a structured environment to define strategic priorities, operational objectives, and growth initiatives for the year ahead. Across discussions and collaborative exercises, a recurring theme emerged: many growing organizations continue facing the challenge of transforming business plans into consistent and executable operational strategies.
Throughout the event, conversations focused on the importance of adaptability, operational discipline, and structured decision-making as key elements for maintaining competitiveness in increasingly dynamic business environments. The exchange of experiences between entrepreneurs and executives also highlighted the growing relevance of professionalized management frameworks capable of connecting strategic planning with measurable business outcomes.
A particularly valuable contribution came from Maria Ines Moran, who shared practical perspectives on the realities of business execution, emphasizing the importance of flexibility, resilience, and continuous adaptation as organizations evolve through different stages of growth.
As part of the agenda, Galde also had the opportunity to present practical applications of Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence within modern organizations. Through collaborative dynamics and interactive discussions, participating companies explored how AI-driven solutions, data governance practices, and KPI-oriented methodologies can support operational efficiency, improve strategic visibility, and enable more informed decision-making processes.
These exchanges reinforced an increasingly visible trend across SMEs and mid-sized organizations: the growing need to professionalize business management through data-centric approaches capable of transforming operational information into measurable strategic value.
We would also like to acknowledge the contribution of FORMA Centro de Formación Odontológica for hosting the session, as well as the participation of Pedro Roca Sánchez, La Colegiala, Panadería Artesana, and Alberto Reverter, whose involvement contributed to a productive networking environment that encouraged meaningful exchanges between founders, executives, and innovative companies.
For Galde, initiatives such as this reflect the increasing convergence between strategic management, intelligent data infrastructures, and operational scalability. As organizations seek greater efficiency and visibility across their operations, the integration of AI and data governance capabilities is rapidly becoming a core business requirement rather than a purely technological initiative.
