The Galde Methodology has 3 components:

- Galde Deployment Framework™.
Each of these components plays a crucial role in transforming organizations toward a data-driven approach, facilitating informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
1. Galde Data Journey™
The Galde Data Journey™ is the overarching framework that guides the entire transformation process toward a data-driven organization. This journey spans from maturity assessment to the generation of sustainable solutions with real impact, focusing on data-driven decision-making and organizational growth.
We also incorporate tools designed by the Chief Data Officer (CDO) Club that enable companies to assess their level of maturity and advance in strengthening their corporate governance.
2. Galde Data Loop™
The Galde Data Loop™ is the tactical methodology that enables the identification, prototyping, and validation of data products in an agile and business-centric manner. It is structured as an iterative discovery → creation → validation loop, enabling rapid learning, economic failure, and purposeful building.
3. Galde Deployment Framework™
The Galde Deployment Framework™ is the set of principles, processes, and tools that enable the deployment of validated data products into production environments. It represents the transition from an MVP to a live, operational, and maintainable solution.
Before measuring the operational impact and concluding the deployment, we carry out an alignment process between the data strategy and corporate governance, leveraging tools from the Chief Data Officer (CDO) Club.
